- An ultrasound (sonography) is a noninvasive, radiation-free medical imaging technique that uses high-frequency sound waves, inaudible to human ears, to produce real-time images of the body’s internal organs, tissues, and blood flow. A transducer on the skin emits sound waves that create echoes, which a computer converts into diagnostic images or videos.

- Lordosis is the natural curve of the lower back (lumbar) area of the spine. It occurs for different reasons and can affect each patient differently.

It is a highly subjective, personal experience—often described as burning, aching, or stinging—that can be acute or chronic, impacting physical and mental well-being.

- High blood pressure

- High blood pressure (hypertension) is a chronic condition where the force of blood against artery walls is consistently too high, generally defined as readings 130/80 mmHg. It causes the heart to work harder, damages arteries, and increases the risk of stroke and heart attack.

- Immobilization is the process of restricting or stopping the movement of a person, body part, or object, commonly used in medicine to fixate joints or bones with casts, splints, or braces to facilitate healing.
